We're off to the mall! Not to shop, but to walk. Contractions have slowed down, so we are going to try to jostle things up a bit. We are going to make this girl be born.

Mark! The most important thing is to STAY CALM. Just relax and let the body do what it was made to do. Now, for Beth, she justs needs to find a large potty and sit!
I'm so glad you decided to do this...I feel so informed and included! So do you guys have a name yet? I've been doing the same thing as loke, I've been checking about every 30 min!
