Beth won't let me post pictures of her in agony. I wonder why. Six minutes apart now. The midwife said we will need to go to the birth center when they are four minutes apart. She also said that could take all day. I think its naptime now- for me, that is... Beth can't get comfortable.

Beth, you've seen the pics of me. You've seen the 1's where I was getting STITCHED up. Trust me...when it's all done & over with...& months have past, you'll regret not having pics of every aspect of labor. As painful as it'll be, it's something you don't ever want to forget.

Brian secretly filmed me through several powerful contractions and I am so glad to have the video now... if anything just to see part of my first baby's labor.
I wished I had more pics of me that day. Afterwords, even if you aren't particularly keen on how your body looks pregnant, you'll look back w/humor and perspective on your pregnant, laboring self.
